Warm. Grounded. Real Conversations That Help You Move Forward.

Jay Morritt Counselling & Psychotherapy | Victoria B.C.

I offer a steady, supportive space where you can talk honestly, think clearly, and feel understood. My approach is calm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based therapy — but always guided by who you are and what you need right now.

How I Work

Counselling and Psychotherapy Victoria B.C. for Individuals and Couples

Collaborative, respectful approach.

Therapy works best when you feel safe, heard, and genuinely met as a person. I don’t lecture or diagnose from a distance. Instead, we work together — exploring what’s going on, what’s getting in the way, and what might help you find steadier ground.

Evidence-based psychotherapy, real human connection.

I draw from modalities such as CBT, EFT, and mindfulness-based approaches, but I never take a one-size-fits-all path. Each session is tailored to you, your pace, and your goals. My job is to offer clarity, skill, and compassion as you move toward meaningful change.

In-person in Victoria or online across B.C.

You can meet with me at my quiet, comfortable office space in Victoria, or from the privacy of your home anywhere in British Columbia. Both options are equally effective — choose whatever feels right for you.

Support for anxiety, depression, stress, self-doubt, or feeling “stuck.” Together, we work on understanding patterns, building new tools, and creating space for a life that feels more grounded and manageable.
